These Terms of Use (hereinafter “TOU”) govern access to and use of the website https://diaspat.com/ (hereinafter “the Site”), operated by DIASPAT, a Simplified Joint-Stock Company with Multiple Shareholders, registered under number RCCM CD/KNG/RCCM/24-B-04305, with its registered office located at Boulevard du 30 Juin, SANASH Building, 6th Floor, Apartment C, Golf Résidentiel District, Gombe Municipality, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.

4.3 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, users who are entitled to consumer rights (including residents of the European Union) may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless access to the digital content was expressly requested and granted before the expiration of this period.
